We believe that there are four different environments in which development takes place and in which our products and processes aid development.

Development starts with the self and our products take cognisance of whichever subject area we are dealing with the individual has considerable impact. Einstein said; “you cannot solve the significant problems with the same level of thinking as that which created them.”

Equally “no man is an island”. Organisations are made up of people who relate to each other in order to deliver business goals, whether that is through a team structure or a network of contacts. We recognise the need to promote effective relationships and build that recognition into our product development.

In the work context, the way in which people individually and collectively combine their efforts is in the context of an organisational set of goals, resources and constraints.

And finally, the organisation does not function in a vacuum. It fits into an external context which it needs to understand.
