  We always take a consultative approach to developing solutions and interventions with clients.   1:1 or in a group using highly skilled coaches accredited to use the products and who attend regularly to their own professional development./li>

  Dealing with real issues in real time, imaginatively designed sand supported by rigorous methodologies.

• On-line Courses

  Many of our programmes can be accessed on-line. We recommend a blended learning approach.

• On-line Communities

  Both public space and private space sites can be offered to provide live and ongoing support to projects and learning. Much of our research is supported through the use of on-line sites.
