He worked for British Airways for 16 years and was significantly involved with their Customer Care programme. Change, EI leadership, and developing inter-personal skills particularly as they impact the customer experience are core areas of expertise. Kevin works throughout AsiaPacific for many global clients.

David PowellDavid PowellDavid, Director of Asia Pacific, based in Malaysia, is Managing Director of GLA’s Asia Pacific shareholder. David leads our mainland AsiaPacific centre of excellence. He specialises in releaasing the potential of teams and leaders. He currently leads a team of trainers and facilitators based all across AsiaPacific. Passionately interested in sustainability David provides unique insights into the balance between the natural and corporate environment.
